Transaction Deposit Time-Frame
Credit card transactions processed through Rerun are sent to the Forte, our payment processor, at 7:00 pm Eastern Standard Time (EST).
All Rerun transactions are processed by Global at 10:00 pm Pacific Standard Time (PST), and by Vantiv at 8:00 pm PST. The standard U.S.-based Rerun merchant is set up with Vantiv, unless otherwise noted.
As a result, all credit card transactions are safely deposited directly into your account within 2 business days. Bank transfers, otherwise known as ACH, are safely deposited within 4 business days. If you are missing a transaction, or it is taking longer than this time-frame, please send us an email to hello@rerunapp.com.
If you're looking for an ACH hold of less than 4 days, please send us an email to hello@rerunapp.com. If you are in good standing, we may be able to get you a 1 or 2 day turnaround time.
Please Note: Any holiday's that land during the week do not count as a business day, as well as the weekends (Saturday and Sunday). If you process a transaction Friday, the deposit timeframe will begin from Monday.
