To cancel your Rerun account, please fill out this form, or click on "Cancel Account" from the top right drop-down within your Rerun account. We will send in an account closure form to Forte to close your account. Your Rerun account can remain open for future reference if you need to go in for any reason, but you will not be able to process any payments once you receive confirmation of your canceled account with Forte.
