Pausing Payment Streams

Pause a Payment Stream

You can pause a Payment Stream by clicking the more actions icon (3 vertical dots) at the right of each specific Payment Stream and then clicking on "Pause".  If the stream is already paused, the "Resume" option can be selected.
 

Additionally, you can do the following on the "Payments" tab as well:

  • Pause all Streams (by clicking the Pause All Streams button at the bottom of the window)
  • Resume all Streams (by clicking the Resume button at the bottom of the window)

Pause a Customer

You can pause a customer in a payment stream by:

  1. Clicking on the more actions menu (3 vertical dots on the far right)
  2. Click on “Details”
  3. Click on the more actions menu (3 vertical dots on the far right) next to the customer’s name
  4. Click on Pause

Pausing the customer will essentially hide them from the Payment Stream, so you will need to re-add them to the Stream once you’re ready to begin processing their payments again.
