Use Customer Groups

You can use Customer Groups when sending emails from either the "Compose Email" or the "Automation" of the Email tab. You can also use Customer Groups when reviewing your activity in the Activity tab.

When you wish to send the same email to more than one customer, select the group option.  Fill in the group name(s), and everyone in the group will receive the email.
