Create event-based email templates, then let Rerun send them out as those events take place. For example, Rerun can send out an email notice when a payment has been received.

It’s easy to create email templates in Rerun. Draft your email, and use merge tags to tell Rerun where to enter pertinent information. For example, inserting the merge tag “Payment Stream Amount” will show each customer their (and only their) specific Payment Stream Amount.

Create customer groups for mass emails. You can use this feature to send a discount notice to all customers in a specific payment stream, for example.

About us

We use Rerun, too.

Before Rerun, we were a software company that had the need to bill our customers monthly for our support plans. Underwhelmed with the options, we settled for a patchwork solution that involved spreadsheets and duct tape (or so it seemed).

As know-it-all software companies tend to do when facing a problem, we decided to build our own solution: Rerun. So, yes, if we are fortunate enough to have you as a customer of Rerun, we will bill you for Rerun, using Rerun.
